Grab your light or medium-weight hula hoop and join this fun class! We'll start with a warm-up and then learn some basic hula hoop techniques and recovery methods to keep that hoop going! We'll learn some off-body hula hoop moves, which when combined with on-body moves, will create some smooth combinations to keep this class interesting! The class finishes with a cool-down.
