The same format enjoyed on the dance floor is now available in your home! Combine stretching and flexibility, core work, strength training and cooldown in the 30 minute class. Add another 30 minutes of cardio dance routines in the 60 minute class. Choreographed by fitness icon, Jacki Sorensen to a wide variety of motivating music, this class is for all fitness levels. During the strength training segment, body resistance or the option of hand held weights and ankle weights are utilized to work your triceps, biceps, delts, lats, traps, pecs, glutes, hams, quads and more! Jacki Sorensen has been choreographing dance fitness routines for over 50 years and is credited with originating one of the most significant fitness movements in history: Aerobic Dance! In 1985, Jacki was awarded the first Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Dance Exercise Association (IDEA) and was inducted into the Club Industry magazine's Hall of Fame a year later.
