Using a 2 lb weighted hula hoop, this class fuses fitness with pilates, barre, and yoga inspired moves. Tone and stretch, work your core, improve flexibility and balance while enjoying some motivating music. Have a yoga mat available. If you have your own fitness hoop, have it with you, or ask Marilyn about  getting your own fitness hoop.
