Fun, easy to follow, high energy dance-based fitness class! Created by Louis Van Amstel, pro dancer on the TV show, Dancing with the Stars, LaBlast Dance class features a variety of dance styles, such as Cha Cha, Disco, Hustle, Samba, Viennese Waltz, and more! - with the added component of fitness moves. The class incorporates about 15 minutes of strength training with optional handheld weights up to 5 lbs per hand. There is no floor work in LaBlast Dance, but we will work your core!
