The same format enjoyed on the dance floor is now available in your home!  Combine stretching and flexibility, core work, strength training and cooldown in the 30 minute class.  Add another 30 minutes of cardio dance routines in the 60 minute class. Choreographed by fitness icon, Jacki Sorensen to a wide variety of motivating music, this class is for all fitness levels.  During the strength training segment, body resistance or the option of hand held weights and ankle weights are utilized to work your triceps, biceps, delts, lats, traps, pecs, glutes, hams,...
